Using ingots of certified composition and melted under controlled conditions to the strictest standards, coupled with the latest induction furnaces and moulding equipment in a purpose built plant, we can offer a quality standard second to none. Tests of mechanical and chemical analysis are carried out in strictest accordance with the relevant British standards.

At Broady we apply automation to small batch production using either CO2 or traditional Greensand techniques by floor or bench moulding. We will cast in quantities of one to thousands, in a cast weight of up to 150kg, no job is too small for us to cast.

We have the facility to predict the casting process using computer aided solid modelling, thus ensuring that our scrap rate is low, keeping costs down and therefore offering a very competitive package to our customers.

Pattern Shop
A good pattern is required to produce a good casting.  Our skilled pattern makers interpret your instructions and employ the latest techniques to manufacture quality patterns. Softwood patterns are economical and suitable for manufacturing single or small quantities of castings. For larger volume production, epoxy resin or metal patterns are recommended.

Machining
Our modern plant has well equipped machine shops with extensive facilities to fully or partially machine castings.  We have a wide range of conventional lathes and milling machines and state of the art CNC machining centres.  We can therefore offer competitive prices for anything from single units through to large batch quantities.

Technical Support
At Broady Flow Control we pride ourselves on our customer service.  This service starts at our experienced design and Technical Deparment, incorporating up-to-date hardware and software they will interpret your sketches and samples into production drawings.  They can even advise you on the correct alloys to use if you are in any doubt.
