Broady Flow Control Limited has been a specialist valve manufacturer for over 100 years and a key supplier to the defence industry since 1938.

Specialising in the supply of innovative and effective solutions, Broady offers a full engineering service from in-house design, foundry services and machining through to assembly and testing to customers’ exacting requirements.

Broady supplies both standard and bespoke products in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium Bronze, Duplex and many other materials.  Broady’s non-ferrous foundry produces castings to Class 1, 2 and 3, primarily in Aluminium Bronze, for supply direct to external customers as well as producing castings for Broady products.

Wide experience supplying industries such as Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Water & Waste, Fire Protection, Paper & Pulp, Food and Pharmaceutical have allowed Broady to develop a complete range of Relief, Safety Relief, Pressure Reducing, Pilot, Fire and Gas Blanketing Valves.

Broady Flow Control Limited has extensive experience in the production of valves for very specific service for example sour gas service to NACE MR-01-75 and our QMS has developed to ensure that any specific customer specifications or requirements can be adhered to.  The Broady team is always mindful that the items we produce for high integrity applications are critical and we conform strictly to specification requirements agreed at order acceptance. 

Broady’s non-ferrous foundry produces castings in Aluminium Bronze, Gunmetal, Aluminium and Monel for supply direct to external customers as well as producing castings for Broady to machine.  In-house pattern making facilities are available to ensure that quality pattern equipment is used which is essential to produce quality castings.  This, coupled with the foundry team’s decades of experience supported by the latest techniques in computer simulated solid modelling gives the foundry an enviable track record in producing consistently defect-free castings.

As well as complete valves Broady can offer raw castings and machined components - complete supply or from free issue material.  The same high level of integrity of production and quality service is applied to all operations.
