At last, and in spite of the extreme weather, Rob Moulds, Managing Director and Paul Robinson, Sales Director made it back to East Yorkshire following their very successful trip to Valve World Expo 2010 in Dusseldorf.
Rob and Paul exhibited on our Group stand, Valvitalia S.p.A. bringing information on Broady products and services along side all other group products.
Paul reported "This was our first time at Valve World with our Valvitalia colleagues and it demonstrated how well the Broady product range fits within the Group offering. We met a number of potential new customers and benefitted from access to Valvitalia's contacts."
The event was well attended in spite of the prevailing weather conditions. Traffic through the stand was good and a number of high level meetings ensured that attendance was very worthwhile.
Rob was keen to stress to visitors to the stand that the aquisition of Broady by Valvitalia was a positive step, "A significant change like change of ownership can be unsettling for customers, suppliers and personnel but Valvitalia's commitment to Broady has been unwavering. We now have greater security and a strong basis on which to plan our long-term future. We can offer our customers a wider range of products from within the Group and our new colleagues have all the Broady products to offer to their customers."
